Private training is a great option for dogs who may struggle with reactivity in a group class, distractions in group class, have more serious behavioral modification needs, or perhaps cannot fit group classes into a schedule. Our private training option is on your schedule! Together, we will design a personalized training program to address you and your dog’s needs and training goals.

To begin the training process first schedule a pre-training consultation. Consultations are an essential part of the training process and must take place before any training can begin; they are a 90 minutes long visit, in person and at the comfort of your home. I highly recommend having anyone in the home who helps with daily care for your dog be present for the consultation. This consultation will allow me to build the personalized training program needed to reach your goals, and assess the number of sessions it will take us to get there. Every dog is different, as are their owner’s needs, which makes the consultation a critical component of the training process.

Individual private dog training sessions are 60 minutes long (first training session last 90 minutes). Session packages are a great option for behaviors that may need several weeks of follow-up to address.
